Svchosts.exe 

Don't get it wrong, it isn't svchost.exe that runs in your list of processes of the task manager. Svchosts.exe was registered as a Trojan that helps attackers to get unauthorized access to your system. Firstly seen in 2008, this Backdoor Trojan is very dangerous and is capable of running several processes with different names. It is located in C:\Windows\System32 folder and creates several copies of itself.

Manual instructions to remove Svchosts:

1. Kill the process Svchosts.exe in your task manager.
2. Using Windows search, search for the files with the name Svchosts.
3. Using command prompt, remove the permissions of that file (attrib -r -a -s -h location of that file with its name) .
4. Now delete all the files with that name.
5. You are done.
